Organization

The International Network on Offshore Renewable Energy (INORE) is an association of postgraduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and other professionals, working in the fields of offshore wind, wave, tidal and ocean thermal energy conversion.

MOREnergy Lab is an active sponsor and supporter of INORE, has organized the Italian symposia of 2015 and 2019, and our researchers are part of the INORE committee board.

IIWER-logoInternational Integrated Wave Energy Research (IIWER) has the support of recognized wave energy experts, and seeks to enhance international collaborations through joint publications and project proposals.
The group aims to bring together wave energy researchers, and allow them to develop collaborative research publications that can lead to international and interdisciplinary projects.
IIWER offers a platform to exchange ideas and actively support the development of research publications, and nurture the publications resulting from our Members collaborating.

MOREnergy Lab believes in collaboration between global experts in the field and be willing to work together for a stronger international collaboration network.

oeeOEE (Ocean Energy Europe) is the largest network of ocean energy professionals in the world. Over 120 organisations, including Europe’s leading utilities, industrialists and research institutes, trust OEE to represent the interests of Europe’s ocean energy sector.
Ocean Energy Europe’s mission is to create a strong environment for the development of ocean energy, improve access to funding, and enhance business opportunities for its members.

To achieve this, OEE engages with the European Institutions (Commission, Parliament, Council, EIB, etc), and national ministries on policy issues affecting the sector.

MOREnergy Lab is part of this great network and is an active member of Ocean Energy Europe.

MOREnergy Lab’s Research Center has been selected as the Italian regional partner of the Clean Energy for EU Islands Secretariat.

Islands across Europe are accelerating their transition to clean energy. The Clean Energy for EU Islands Secretariat supports European islands in their planning with technical support, capacity-building activities and networking opportunities.

MOREnergy Lab is proud to be a member of WindEurope, the leading association representing the wind energy sector across Europe.

WindEurope brings together more than 600 organisations from the entire onshore and offshore wind energy value chain, including companies, research institutes and national associations. Through collaboration, knowledge exchange and policy engagement, its members contribute to advancing wind energy and supporting Europe’s transition towards a secure, competitive and sustainable energy system.

MOREnergy Lab is proud to be part of REMAR, the CYTED network dedicated to the integration of marine renewable energy into Ibero-American electricity grids.

REMAR brings together researchers and institutions from Europe and Latin America to promote scientific collaboration, knowledge exchange and specialised training in marine energy. The network supports the development and validation of innovative technologies while addressing the electrical, technological, socioeconomic, regulatory and environmental challenges associated with their integration into energy systems.
